DHYFA Mission Statement:
To build and maintain a championship caliber football and cheer program that focuses on the importance of football fundamentals, while encouraging learning, personal development, and success for each participant based on his or her talents and experience.

All home games take place at Boulder Creek High School

Registration is open to all Anthem, New River, Tramonto, Black Canyon City and Desert Hills residents ages 8 to 14 (Age as of July 31, 2008). In-person registration takes place at the Anthem Community Center (41130 N. Freedom Way) from 9 a.m. to noon on the following dates:

Saturday, April 12 ($40 discount)
Saturday, May 17 ($20 discount)
Saturday, June 21 (no discount)
Registrations after June 21 will be assessed a $25 late fee. All discounts are for football only, they do not apply to cheer.

REGISTRATION FEES
Tackle football: $175
Cheer: $100
No Flag Program will be available this year.
* In addition, an association fee of $100 for tackle and $100 for cheer will be due by July 26th. Each participant can pay the fee outright or participate in 2 fundraising events to offset this fee. Information will be available at registration or you can contact us at agent@deserthiglandsfootball.com for details.

The following is required for registration • Parent or Guardian must be present with player registering
• Proof of Residency (gas/elect/water bill)
• Childs Certified Birth Certificate (Original, not a copy)
• Required current Physical (form provided online)*
• Copy of final 2008/2009 report card*
* Not due until first day of practice DHYFA Goal:
Develop well rounded young boys and girls who will learn not only the fundamentals of football or cheer, but also the importance of education and team work in an atmosphere conducive to developing a sound mind, body and character.
