REGISTRATION FEE’s:
Tackle Football - $175.00
Cheer - $100.00
* In addition, a DHYFA association fee of $100 for tackle and $100 for cheer will be due by August 3rd. Each participant can pay the fee outright at the time of registration, or participate in fundraising events to off-set this fee. The Following is Required for Registration:
* Parent or Guardian must be present with player registering
* Proof of Residency (gas/elect/water bill)
* Childs Certified Birth Certificate (Original, not a copy)
* Required current Physical (form provided online/ not due until 1st day of practice)
* Copy of final 2008/2009 report card (not due until 1st day of practice)
As the season rapidly approaches, we strongly encourage each of you to get into football condition. Boulder Creek High School has a number of camps available to our players that are highly encouraged by DHYFA Wolfpack. Each season our coaches quickly recognize those players that have participated in these camps, as they are the players that readily show they are prepared and in condition for the season. DHYFA Mission Statement -
To build and maintain a championship caliber football and cheer program that focuses on the importance of football fundamentals, while encouraging learning, personal development, and success for each participant based on his or her talents and experience. Registration is open to all Anthem, New River, Tramonto and Desert Hills Residents Ages 7 to 14 (Age as of July 31, 2009)
****All practices in Anthem and Home Games at Boulder Creek High School****
All practices will be held on the fields across from the Little League fields until it is time to re-seed, at which point we will move practices to the Boulder Creek High School practice fields and when re-seeding is done we will move back to the community center fields.
All HOME Games will be held on the Boulder Creek High School practice fields and Away games will require travel to other association cities.
Registration will be done on a first come, first served basis so we encourage you all to come out early, bring your friends and get registered for the 2009 season! Scholarships are available (click here for form).
